Got my oil changed and tires rotated, all done quickly and professionally. Stopped to shop on my way home and when I left Cashwise I noticed the check engine light was on. I called and was told to come back, which I did. They found the problem and in a short time I was on my way again. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person who helped me the second time, he was outstanding!!

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and there was a recall I wanted them to complete as well. I was told when I dropped off my vehicle that they did not have time even though I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and didn't need it until five. Now I have to waste time in making another appt for this repair to be made. Was also told my tires are in need of changing soon even though they are rated for 80,000 miles and I only have 45,000 miles on them. Service tech stated the original tires are not as good as new ones they put on. If they are rates for 80k miles then they should be good for 80k miles and not 50k. If not there should be a warranty and or credit for new ones.

Brought the vehicle in for an oil change and to repair a seat belt cover in the ceiling that wasn't put back together properly when recall work was performed on it at the previous visit. Oil change was completed, but seat belt cover wasn't repaired. Also asked for any service bulletins (TSB's) about the transmission(made this request both verbally and via text) and didn't receive a response to either.

Erick Achman was my salesman. He did an excellent job explaining the vehicle in great detail. Since I was pressed for time while we went over the vehicle and appraiser evaluated my trade-in. Within 60 Minutes I had a deal in front of me. We closed the deal the next day and set up a delivery date one week later. I arrived at the agreed-upon time and the paperwork was ready and I was on my way within one hour. I was super satisfied with the way Erik handled the entire sale. The whole process was very smooth and I would use Miller auto again.

I came in for an oil change and told two different service reps who asked if I wanted a tire rotation with the oil change, no I want trust the oil changed had rotated tires last time in and normally rotate my tires every other oil change . Upon looking over the bill when done I was charged for the oil change and tire rotation. I brought it to their attention and we agreed the next tire rotation would be no charge . I was told they would make note of that .

I thought the last dealership I worked with was great, but Miller surpassed that service (and I wasn't even a customer yet) by light years. I fully expected them to move on to the next person after I didn't buy something offered immediately, but Michele kept looking and eventually brought me to Adrian who happened to have almost exactly what I was looking for - he then worked with me to make it all of the things I wanted. Got my vehicle in on a two hour notice change the oil rotated the tires in a timely manner for my keys to me and said I was on my way. I believe the gentleman's name was Brian Loomis very nice man very friendly, very professional and they all did a great job and the gal behind the desk was the short blonde hair very nice. Very talked with me and made me feel very comfortable waiting for my vehicleand DAN who sold us the car a year ago this Friday or SUV I should say I text him and he came over and visited for a while always friendly always nice to share hunting stories or family stories with him. I made an appointment for an oil change, and to have my TPMS System looked at. The TPMS has not worked since I bought the truck new one year ago. This was the third time bringing it in with that problem. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the oil change techs had a very limited ability to diagnose the TPMS, and that I would likely have to schedule yet another appointment to deal with that. I was very frustrated at that point and was told repeatedly that I would likely need to schedule another appointment. I asked to speak to the service manager. About an hour later, I got a call back from my service advisor, Brian, and he stated that somehow magically there was another tech available in the afternoon to look at my problem. It is very frustrating that I have to get irritated to have the service done that I specifically scheduled.

Miller Buick identified a problem (coolant leak) while my vehicle was in for routine oil change/tire rotation. A special appointment was made and their technician worked diligently to make the necessary repairs, with the service department keeping me informed of the status over a two day period. Moreover, the repairs were covered totally under warranty. My experience with Miller Buick over the years has always been positive.

The service side has always been great and I have zero complaints about that. I wish the issue with my truck could get fixed, but no one seems to know the problem with it so that’s kind of a bummer but that’s not necessarily on the dealer so I won’t fault them for that. The service rep did not listen well. It was necessary to personally come to the dealership rather than receiving updates by phone. On June 30th, at 1pm. he told us the problem was dead battery and we needed new battery cables which he thougth would be done by 5. No call at 5. THe next day I went to see him, only to be told he was gone for the week, and Dusty said the that the problem was a bad engine control module about $1000, and the job might be done by 8. It was now a week since I had had the car towed. Nobody offered, so I had to ask for a loaner. The job is done. I spoke my mind to the first rep , who in my view, did not represent Miller very well..

We do have issues with this from time to time and there can be a delay from when it is working again. We apologize and hope you continue service with us again soon. Set up an appointment with Dave Schueller after we discussed what routine scheduled maintenance should be done at this time. Dropped the Sierra off a day early as planned. Next day maintenance completed. Miller notified me the work was completed and I picked it up. Yes, I am aware of your customer service and I have used it before with success. My suggestion is for Miller to set up a service center on the East side of St. Cloud/Sauk Rapids. I know that's wishful thinking but maybe some day it will happen.

Emily readily offered her help in locating the problem with my Buick. I told her I could my car would not stop running even when I turned off ignition. She assured me that she had dealt with this problem before and would take care of my car. She then drove my car into the garage...engine kept running. We filled out paperwork and she arranged for me to have a car to drive while my car was getting fixed. She said they needed to order a part and it might take a few days to remedy the problem. She would call me when car was ready. The very next day, Emily called and informed me my car was 'ready'. The dealer had the needed car part on hand. Throughout the process of dealing with me....Emily was knowledgeable and very friendly. it helps to have someone that makes you feel confident and hopeful when dealing with car issues.

I purchased a 2004 Buick LeSabre (102,500) at a garage sale recently from an elderly couple. Most $$$ I ever spent at a garage sale. I am the 2nd owner. The owners kept a maintenance record of the LeSabre from the time they purchased it new in 2004. Wow, I was surprised. It is very nice & clean and spent winters in Texas. It fits in nicely with our other two GMC's. It needed some signal light, parking light etc attention so I contacted Dave Schueller at Miller whom I like to do business with. I brought the LeSabre in for service and Dalton Louden took care of setting up the work details of what I wanted done and there was no rush on the time frame as to when I needed the Buick back. A couple days later Dalton called and said it was ready to be picked up. Of course I checked it out and everything I asked to be done was done. My Thanks once again to Miller and the crew for taking care of another one of our vehicles.

When we got our Yukon back there was a crack/scratch in the plastic piece that goes on the driver side passenger window. It is a bright blue color against black and it was not there before we dropped it off- we noticed it within minutes of getting the Yukon back and called to leave a message since the service center was not open.

you go for a simple oil change only to be called to try to sell you all this other stuff. My oil change could have cost me $500 if I went for all that. Try to sell me new lug nuts at $13/nut just because they were chipped. They still served the purpose and were functional. Not impressed.

Only needed an oil change and possible tire rotation. After talking to Brian about checking the tires for near future replacement he explained tires were wearing well, were still good but would need replacement sometime this winter season for better traction so no tire rotation done saving me a few dollars. All was done in a timely manner and they even washed it for me!!! Brian and front desk were very friendly.

From the first time stepping in to the dealership we were greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome of how can we help you. From there we were directed to the salesman we would be working with Scott K. and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had the truck we had called on and were interested in all washed up and parked out front for us to try out. We test drove the truck and noticed a couple issues, the new truck tires were terribly out of balance and a few minor scratches. Scott said that was no issue they will take care of it before we got back from vacation and have everything ready for us when you get back. They were true to their word they have replaced the tires with other new tires and to fix the vibration and buffed out the minor scratchers. This was our best experience buying a new vehicle ever and we have purchase many over the years. I would recommend Miller Auto in St Cloud and Scott K to any one wanting a Great experience on their next Car or Truck purchase. Thank You Albie & Jodi

They told me shocks weren't covered under warranty and they are. They told me it was leaking shocks causing clunk in front and it was a broken sway bar. They said they washed it and didn't. They also charged full price for my oil change ALSO covered under warranty then told me I could wait 2 hours if they had to call back. NEVER returning here!

My service adviser was not good. I was not informed when my truck was ready for pick-up. I tried texting him and did not receive a text/call back. I had to text someone in finance to get a call back from him. He did not talk with me when I picked up my truck and I realized driving it home that the issue that I was charged to get fixed was not fixed at all. I will not be back to Miller service. I used to bring all my vehicles to Miller because of the exceptional service advisers that I worked with but now I feel like I am being ripped off and will bring my vehicles elsewhere to be serviced.

I had a 9:30 appointment for a transmission flush because of hard shifting and trany issues. I have 56K miles on it and have the Miller lifetime powertrain warranty, but Dusty said it would not be warranty because its a maintenance issue. When I made the appointment, I was told by Dusty that it would take around 2 hours. I asked if I could have a loaner vehicle to use. He said that there would be a loaner vehicle for me to use. When I showed up shortly after 9:00 for my appointment, I was told that there was no loaner available. I was frustrated and was told that I can either reschedule or they could shuttle me somewhere if I wanted. Luckily for me, a salesman overheard our conversation and stepped in and got me a loaner. Then the service adviser told me that it would be ready by 12:30 or 1:00 and they would call me when it was ready. So now my 2 hour appointment turned into a 4 hour appointment. My time is valuable to me and I had other things scheduled for my day. To top things off, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the stuff in my center console had been gone through. I had a winter hat in the bottom of the open console to keep other things in there from rattling. I had other stuff in there too. That morning I set a tape measure on top of everything in there. After I was driving off your lot, I noticed the tape measure wasn't there and my winter hat was on top. I looked and found the tape measure in the bottom of the console. Whoever drove my vehicle in and out had no right to dig through my belongings. What else did they go through and help themselves to in my other compartments? I purchased this truck at Miller and last week I purchased a new 3500 Denali HD from Miller. Now I question myself whether or not I find a new dealership for future business and service.

It took 6.5 hours to complete a part replacement and oil change. They said it would take 2. Throughout the time, I had zero communication regarding delays. My advisor had to leave early. That is understandable. But, what isnt understandable, is that when I was sitting in the lobby, a lady got done with what she had her car in for, she said "that was quick!!". As a manager myself, communication is one of the most important things to keep a customer happy. Im just glad that I had a ride for most of the day and only had to wait 1 hour in the lobby.

After leaving from what was supposed to be a simple oil change my car was making noises it shouldn’t have been making. Nor was it making prior to my visit . After having a mechanic look at it it appeared that the cabin filter which I declined replacing at the time was simply shoved back into place (incorrectly) and was apparent that screws were not put back in where they were supposed to be .

I was disappointed that while I was waiting for my oil to be changed, I was notified that my air and cabin air filters were really dirty and needed replacement. I had replaced the air filter 2 months ago and the cabin air filter 2 weeks ago. I thought honesty was one of the things I could rely on at Miller, but I guess I was wrong!

I give 5 stars plus, to my salesperson Erik. Great communicator, helpful and strong attention to detail. Super job going over the new truck at delivery. The 4 star rating is due to my experience at Miller, relating to trading in my 2019 GMC Canyon. Will (used car buyer) informed me that he would have to reduce my agreed upon trade value by $500 due to hail damage (Will stated 1 dent on hood and "2 or 3" on roof). I was surprised, as I had just hand washed the truck the day before and did not see any hail damage. Will agreed to take me outside and show me. Will could not show me the hail dent on the hood. He said you need the "special light" in the shop to see the dent. Later, I went back outside with my salesman Erik. Erik could not see the hail dent on the hood either (we did not try to climb up and examine the roof). I told Erik this would be a deal breaker. Erik gave me the full agreed upon trade in value. I asked Will if they would fix these dents. Will said they could not sell the truck without repairing it. I just looked at the trucks CarFax on Miller's website. No mention of any hail damage repair. Wouldn't this have to be disclosed to the future buyer (if anything repairs were performed)? Seemed like "old-school dealer schenanigans", to a 67 year old buyer who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Unfortunately, soiled an otherwise very positive buying experience.

The customer service was good and they checked in and updated me several times. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my problem and it cost me more, which was not their fault. However, I was a little disappointed they left the plastic seat cover and paper floor cover in my car. My center console had all my stuff shoved back into it, and there was a big gray/black greasy streak on one of my white seats. I would encourage them to look back and make sure presentation of the customer’s vehicle is at least how they left it when they handed the keys over.

Thank you for your excellent service. You explained that when you were open, as the website says 8:30. The service tech said you can actually drop your car off starting at 0700. I had asked to have a vehicle wash. Upon arrival, this had not been done yet, the young girl behind the counter said to give her five minutes, and she would personally get it done. The little extra things you do by giving a car wash go a long way. I also heard another customer in the lobby say, say I can't believe they washed my car, This was again a little thing that will bring customers back to your service shop. 3 people have done such a phenomenal job in gaining our trust and security in Miller Auto Plaza and GMC service. Jared in finance who helped us choose our previous GMC when he was a sales representative and now our latest GMC even though he was recently promoted to finance. Jared knows people. We were considering a different vehicle but Jared knowing us and our vehicle needs, reached out to confirm that the vehicle we were choosing would be adequate. It wasn’t going to be and he helped us find a more suitable solution and we love it!! Dusty in GMC service actually came over while we were shopping to help us determine what vehicles would hold up best and be durable enough for terrain and miles we cover. He was actually clocked out but still super generous in helping us consider the different vehicles! Jeremy in GMC service has gone above and beyond to ensure the best experience when dealing with repairs and routine service! We can’t thank him enough! He is the biggest reason we will continue looking at GMCs when it comes time to get another vehicle since we don’t ever want to switch service for routine and repairs. These 3 people have built some great relationships with us. Miller Auto Plaza isn’t just a business to us, through dedication and loyalty, these people make it more of a family!
